Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of UK ages 18 years or over, except employees of Mid Wales Storage and Distribution Centre Ltd and close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging the competition.
- Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the competition constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
- Entry Period: The competition will run from 8.12.23 to 14.12.23. Entries received after the specified closing date will not be considered.
- Entry Method: To enter the competition, participants must Tell us who you think deserves this amazing treat, Like this post and Follow our Facebook page. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
- Prizes: All goodies is from ” Dyfi Wholefood” in Machynlleth. The prizes are not transferable.
- Winner Selection: Winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the sponsor and/or its agents.
- Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via Facebook post and direct message within 1day following the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Publicity: By entering the competition, an entrant agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity ,material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Mid Wales Storage and Distribution Centre Ltd data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Changes: Mid Wales Storage and Distribution Centre Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or regulation or any other event outside of Mid Wales Storage and Distribution Centre Ltd control.
